Painting has become my place of peace. Life has brought me many challenges - my son’s struggles with addiction and my own journey living with fibromyalgia, a condition that often makes everyday life difficult. Both bring heartache and exhaustion, but when I paint, something shifts.

With a brush or pencil in hand, I find a space where the pain softens and the worries quiet down. Creating art allows me to breathe a little easier, to escape into something joyful and gentle. Each painting carries with it a sense of calm and comfort that I hope others can feel when they see my work.

For me, painting isn’t just about making pictures - it’s a way of finding peace and joy in the everyday. Through my art, I hope to share a little warmth and comfort, creating moments that feel gentle, cozy and uplifting for anyone who sees them.
